Driving Experience Days: Here’s a chance to drive a transatlantic motoring icon and one of Experience Days’ favourite classic cars. Get behind the wheel of a V8 AC Cobra, and take the racing legend for a three-mile spin of your chosen circuit.
The AC Cobra was the result of a collaboration between the British manufacturer, AC Cars, and American designer, Carroll Shelby. The lightweight AC body was modified to accept a powerful Ford V8 – and thus a star was born. Cobras dominated the mid-sixties racing world and the Mark III model held the Guinness World Record for fastest production car. Elvis raced a Cobra 427 in the 1966 musical comedy, Spinout, and they’ve made numerous cinematic appearances since. On arrival at your chosen circuit, you’ll be greeted and briefed by a professional instructor, before hopping in the driving seat. You’ll then have three miles of the track to put the Cobra through its paces, with your instructor on hand to offer driving tips and guidance.

Driving Requirements
PREMIUM TRACKS & UPGRADES:
Brands Hatch requires an additional £50 upgrade fee which is to be paid directly to the track when making a reservation. This is also an adults only track.
Castle Combe requires an additional £50 upgrade fee which is to be paid directly to the track when making a reservation. (Full licence only)
Snetterton Circuit requires an additional £50 upgrade fee which is to be paid directly to the track when making a reservation. (Full licence only)
Mallory Park requires an additional £50 upgrade fee which is to be paid directly to the track when making a reservation.
Blyton Park requires an additional £25 upgrade fee for a weekend booking, or a £10 surcharge for a weekday booking, which is to be paid directly to the track when making a reservation.
3 extra miles can be added to your experience for an additional fee.

This AC Cobra experience allows you to complete 3 miles of yourchosen circuit, accompanied by a qualified instructor.
From signing in at your chosen track to completing the circuit, the experience itself can last up to 15 minutes.
Please allow 2-3 hours on site for your experience.
Three additional, miles can be purchased, payable directly tothe track. Although these are generally available on the day of theexperience, it is advised to pay in advance to avoid disappointmenton arrival.
